Are you passionate about leading a team to tackle daily operations, events, and challenges for The All Out? You'll excel with your efficient time management skills and collaborative approach, and senior leadership will provide valuable guidance.

Amsterdam’s immersive club is opening its doors this April already. We call it The All Out: a place where one can dive into games, karaoke, ball-pit adventures, sip on mind-bending cocktails, enjoy tasty bites, and ignite the ultimate hangout. Escape reality, dare your friends, and blow up your feed with extraordinary moments. Hard to imagine it all together?Think of a 550m2 playground for adults, 4 karaoke rooms, darts, DJs &shuffleboards. All of this while having a great time and enjoying on cocktails with your group. A place where all events come true!

We're looking for someone passionate about leading a team to tackle daily operations, events, and challenges for The All Out! You'll excel with your efficient time management skills and collaborative approach, and senior leadership will provide valuable guidance.

Who are you?

·     You inspire and motivate staff with a positive and proactive attitude.

·     You manage daily operations, events and challenges with efficient time management Of course, you don’t do that alone – but with your team of managers and a guidance of senior management.

·     You are passionate about training, building and shaping your own team into rock stars!

·     You are dedicated to exceptional customer service and your main goal is to make sure everyone is walking out with a smile on their face.

·     You understand budgeting, planning and inventory management for profitability.

·     You have at least 2 years of hospitality management experience.
