Are you ready to go All-in for The All-Out and turn the B2B market in the Netherlands Upside Down? Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for unique events? The All Out & The Upside Down Amsterdam are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to take our events to the next level!

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The All Out Amsterdam (and The Upside Down Amsterdam). As a key figure within our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Your Role:

- Discover & Inspire: Identify companies that are ready for a unique event venue where “competitive socializing” and an upside-down experience take center stage. Convince them of our unique opportunities and concepts.
- Build Strong Relationships: Create lasting partnerships through your expertise and personal approach.
- Tailor-made Solutions: Develop customized solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
- Boost Sales: Use customer feedback and collaborations to perfect our offerings and reach new heights.

Ready to apply your sales talents in a dynamic environment? Help us create unforgettable experiences in Amsterdam!

Responsibilities:

Generating and Following Up on Leads

  • Identifying potential prospects: Use market research, networking events, and online platforms like LinkedIn to find companies that may be interested in hosting events, corporate outings, or conferences in Amsterdam.
  • Outbound sales initiatives: Actively reach out to companies through cold calling, email campaigns, and phone outreach to gauge their interest in your event venue and services.
  • Lead nurturing: Maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, newsletters, and personalized communication to build interest until they are ready to book.
  • CRM management: Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, log interactions, and plan follow-up actions. This helps in systematically following up on leads and ensures that no opportunity is missed.

Building Customer Relationships

  • Building trust and credibility: By deeply understanding your customers' business goals and needs, you can offer tailored advice and position yourself as a trusted partner for their events.
  • Maintaining regular communication: Stay in touch with existing clients through personal meetings, phone calls, and emails to strengthen the relationship and stay informed about their future event needs.
  • Taking on an advisory role: Act as a consultant who provides valuable insights and suggestions on how your venue and services can be best utilized to meet their specific needs.
  • Adapting to the client's culture: Show understanding of the client's corporate culture and values, and reflect this in how you communicate and offer services to ensure better alignment and satisfaction.
  • Fostering loyalty: By providing excellent service and personal attention, you create loyalty, leading clients to choose your venue for future events.

Upselling and Cross-Selling (B2B)

  • Analyzing client needs: Thoroughly map out a client's event needs and goals during the initial contact. Understand which core values are important to them, such as team building, client engagement, or brand promotion, to suggest relevant additional services.
  • Proactively offering extra services: During the sales process, suggest additional services that can enhance the event, such as luxury catering options, professional audiovisual equipment, VIP packages, or on-site branding opportunities.
  • Creating customized solutions: Offer personalized packages based on the client's specific needs and budget that add value, such as themed events, exclusive tours, or after-parties.
  • Applying bundling strategies: Combine various services and products. For example, the Ultimate Amsterdam Experience Bundle: Experience the best of Amsterdam with a private tour of The Upside Down, followed by a tailor-made event at The All Out Amsterdam, including competitive socializing, stunning cocktails, and luxury food concepts. End the day with a unique aftermovie and personalized souvenirs as lasting memories. A day filled with creativity, fun, and unforgettable moments!
  • Using feedback for optimization: Use feedback from previous clients on upsell and cross-sell products to optimize these offerings and better align them with the desires of future clients.
  • Collaborating with partners for exclusive offers: Leverage relationships with local partners (such as caterers or external entertainers) to create exclusive, valuable offers that you can present as unique upsell options to your B2B clients.

Qualifications:

  • HBO/WO degree level, preferably in commercial economics, event management, hospitality management, tourism, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in (tele-)sales, event management, or a similar role within the leisure, hospitality, or tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
