Your Role
As a Supervisor, you are the main point of contact on the floor during your shift. You lead the team, safeguard hospitality standards, and ensure smooth daily operations — from mise-en-place to closing time. You are a natural leader with an eye for detail, someone who motivates the team and creates a safe, energetic work environment.
This role requires knowledge of all internal departments, including bar, game guru, host, and kitchen. During events and regular opening hours, the Supervisor is responsible for leading the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team during your shift (service, bar, runners)
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience and handle complaints professionally
- Open and close the venue and ensure proper handovers
- Support scheduling and staffing in coordination with management
- Process orders and contribute to efficient inventory management
- Coordinate, guide, and help organize events and group reservations
- Monitor quality, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures (HACCP)
- Support inventory control, ordering, and operational administration
- Ensure strong collaboration between kitchen and service teams
- Motivate, guide, and support team members in their development
Who You Are
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality
- Strong communication skills, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
- Hands-on mentality and comfortable working on the floor
- Strong sense of responsibility with a positive, energetic attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- In possession of a Social Hygiene certificate
- In possession of a valid BHV (Emergency Response) certificate
