As a Service Employee, you’re the face of the venue, the ultimate host of unforgettable nights. You welcome guests like they just arrived at the best activity bar in town, deliver fast and attentive service, and guide them through drinks and games like a pro of good times. You help keep the whole operation running smoothly while turning every visit into a story worth sharing. Because here, service isn’t just service… it’s part of the entertainment.
Key responsibilities
• Welcome and guide guests throughout their visit like the host of the night everyone secretly hopes for.
• Take and serve drinks and food quickly, smoothly, and with perfect timing (hydration + snacks = heroes).
• Explain games, activities, and house rules so everyone can play hard and laugh louder.
• Keep the venue spotless, organised, and always ready for the next round of fun.
• Spot wishes, questions, or complaints early and turn them into happy endings.
• Team up with the bar, kitchen, and event crew to keep the night running like a perfectly mixed cocktail.
Who are you?
• You put guest experience first in a high-energy, fast-paced playground.
• You have a genuine love for hospitality and/or entertainment (bonus points if you bring the vibe).
• You speak English confidently; Dutch is a welcome plus.
• You’re energetic, proactive, and naturally guest-focused.
• You notice the little details and love a clean, polished venue.
• You enjoy working in a diverse, upbeat team that thrives on good times.
• Experience in hospitality is great, but enthusiasm and a fast-learning mindset can steal the show too.
